A selection of projects and initiatives I have led and supported across marketing, operations, merchandising, and field execution. From national rollouts and program launches to customer awareness initiatives and operational improvements, my work focuses on connecting strategy, collaboration, and execution to move ideas forward.
Featured Tool & Customer Awareness
Monthly Featured Tool materials, print-on-demand resources, bilingual customer-facing collateral, and in-store awareness tools designed to highlight rental categories and equipment availability.
QR Code Rental Access Initiative
Developed and coordinated a nationwide QR code initiative connecting customers directly from large equipment to the rental experience. The program included equipment-specific QR labels, store execution guidance, field communications, and follow-up tracking to support adoption and improve rental visibility.
Grand Opening Planning & Field Activation
Developed a standardized grand opening process to support consistent execution across Tool Rental locations nationwide. Created a milestone-based planning deck with weekly countdown timelines, best practices, key deliverables, stakeholder responsibilities, vendor coordination, marketing support, and critical checkpoints leading up to launch.
Disaster Response Partnership Initiative
American Red Cross Partnership | Concept Development & Coordination
Supported the development of a limited-edition Tool Rental disaster response replica in partnership with the American Red Cross. Coordinated across internal teams and partners to translate the disaster response program into a customer-facing product, with proceeds supporting the Red Cross.
Branded Merchandise Development & Launch
Developed Tool Rental branded merchandise to support associate engagement, events, and brand visibility. Partnered with vendors on product selection, design, and branding, then coordinated the launch of the merchandise collection on the Lowe’s Zone Store, creating an ongoing ordering resource for field teams.
Reset in a Box | Field Execution Improvement
Developed a coordinated approach with distribution teams and vendors to group and palletize project-specific products together prior to store delivery, simplifying field execution and reducing the risk of items becoming separated within the retail environment. The same core approach continues to support Tool Rental today by helping keep rental-related items organized and together within the store.
