Senior Fleet Analyst - 3/20 to Present

Current role develops and executes marketing strategies for the new Tool Rental launch and several vendor campaigns, such as Bosch and Bissell rental products. Works cross functional with PR, Internal Marketing and DIY/Pro Teams to develop event process for all locations and associated promotional events. Manages all associated events and execution with field and store teams, includes quarterly Pro Events, Grand Opening events and one-off promotional periods. Gathers and analyzes data for future state planning and procedure adjustment. Developed all associated Tool Rental gear, promotional swag and associate vests, continue to work with vendors to develop concept gear for future events and promotions. Continually partnered with Store Operations, Merchandising/Merchandising Operations to ensure information distributed to field and store teams, as well as gather feedback on active/archived projects. Analyze quality of planograms, information accessibility, etc. and works with Merchants on reset design/concepts of product launches. Managed third party construction and vendors through scheduling and deployment.

Market Merchandising Manager and Store experience 11/05 to 6/18

While in stores my responsibilities were to oversee entire Market, which consisted of 15 stores, and associated product vendors. Coordinated and monitored new product transition and quality display management. This process included researching product, testing sets prior to company distribution and resolve conflicts to support stores and operations. Responsible for coordinated large scale events such as quarterly Pro Events, Kitchen Open Houses, Store of the Year celebration, Employee Appreciation, Spring/Fall Kick-offs and 365 Race for the Cup celebrations.
